Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?
No, suite rental availability for San Jose Barracuda is limited and suites are often not available at the last minute. In addition, when coordinating events for a group, it is often necessary to give guests more time to confirm their availability to attend.
Are there additional expenses I should consider?
Limited overflow tickets may be purchased for your suite at an additional cost. As well, you may pre-order catering for your suite.
How do I maximize my budget?
If you are working within a budget and trying to maximize your spend, we would welcome an opportunity to further discuss your goals for the event and the different options available to you. Please call us at 408-999-5757 to speak with a member of our Premium Partnerships team or be contacted by clicking here.
